Daryl Lamy | president & CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Daryl Lamy holds the critical executive position responsible for strategic growth, customer satisfaction, operational oversight and business development activities for Nikkiso Cryo Inc.

Mr. Lamy brings a strategic business approach and multi-discipline experience to an already experienced management team. He has extensive strategic business development and large-scale project sales and business unit execution experience as well as a proven track record of developing cohesive, international teams and exceeding sales expectations. He has had the opportunity to manage a wide range of business functions over his career.


Fabien Wahl | Director, Aftermarket

Mr. Fabien Wahl graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France and has his Masters in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, USA.

Due to his contributions, The latest generation of Nikkiso In-tank pumps are now designed with spiral inducers and radial diffuser vanes. The progressive spiral inducer, derived from the aerospace industry, reaches ultra-low NPSHR.

Nikkiso nicknamed its inducer line ZEN, which stands for Zero Enabled NPSHR. Low NPSHR means that the unused heel
of a tank is substantially reduced, leading to an overall smaller tank which translates into lesser capital cost.


Mark Claire | Director, Quality

Mr. Mark Claire provides a goal oriented, hands-on approach to quality assurance with over 21 years' experience as a Quality Director. He is a seasoned professional with proven performance in the manufacturing quality arena for military, aerospace and commercial market segments.

Mark is highly trained in the installation and maintenance of a certified ISO Quality System, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, Process Improvement and Quality Management. He holds accreditations with the American Society for Quality as well as NADCAP Quality Professionals and Business Management studies at Citrus College.

J.D. Murray | General Manager

Mr. J.D. Murray joined NCI in 2009 with a background in mechanical engineering. Starting originally as the only project manager at NCI, handling his own purchasing, project management and customer relations; he went on to assume director roles for P.M., Materials, Strategic Projects and Process Improvement. Through these positions he has been able to develop and implement many of the key tools and processes now used daily to monitor and control the progress of each project.

His dedication to the Nikkiso brand as well as logistics, data and process driven approach has solidified his place as
a vital member of the NCI Leadership Team. As General Manager, he looks forward to driving Engineering, Quality, Test, Operations, Purchasing and Materials with a proactive approach to managing the key aspects of each project to achieve
on-time deliveries.


Terry Collins | Director, Operations

Mr. Terry Collins joined Nikkiso on December 17, 2001. Prior to joining Nikkiso he completed 23 years active duty in the United States Air Force retiring as a First Sergeant. Originally hired as the Operations Manager, he progressed through Production Manager and now assigned as Director of Operations. Responsibilities include all shop operations, pump installations and removals along with final assembly to packing.

He is also responsible for Warehouse operations and Logistics. Key member of Production scheduling team reporting to the General Manager. Terry is married with two sons. Education consist of associates degrees in Personnel Management and Fuels Logistics.


Jeffrey Mumford | Director, Procurement

Mr. Jeffrey Mumford joined NCI as a Project Manager in July of 2016 with a diverse background spanning a variety of industries, from managing multi-cultural teams in the Middle East to multi-million dollar engineering projects for the Department of Defense.

His dedication to creating an environment of strategic sub-vendor competition based not only on cost, but quality and reliability, will allow NCI to become more competitive in the LNG market and support overall company growth initiatives as Director of Procurement.


Craig Vinciguerra | Director, Materials

Mr. Craig Vinciguerra joined NCI as Materials Manager in February of 2016 with a background in global logistics, supply chain management and operations. From working in an Operations capacity with FedEx Freight, in trade show management with GES and in various Global Logistics roles within the gaming industry, Craig has a proven track record of creating and successfully implementing process changes and leading high-performing teams to consistent project execution.

As Director of Materials, he will have the opportunity to facilitate further cost savings, as well as cultivate excellence within the Materials Team by encouraging internal and cross-functional collaboration and adding the structure and strategic direction necessary to support Nikkiso Cryo growth initiatives.

Tina Rosenberg | Director, Human Resources

Ms. Tina Rosenberg joined NCI in May of 2015 with a background in administrative management, human resources law and compliance and niche industry recruiting. From managing human resources and administrative functions for publicly traded mining companies, and being responsible for corporate real estate holdings, payroll, event planning and corporate trade shows to various HR related roles in home health and digital healthcare, to managing restaurants and retail stores.

A relentless student of all things HR and personal development, she thoroughly enjoys and is dedicated to continued education. She is HIPAA certified, a licensed Nevada Notary Public and also holds certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management and the Nevada Association of Employers.

As Director of Human Resources, she brings extensive management experience, historical NCI knowledge, personal dedication to ethical business practices and support of a safety first corporate culture to her role and will continue to implement creative, people-centric solutions and improvements that support Nikkiso Cryo growth initiatives.
