Daryl Lamy | president & CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Daryl Lamy holds the critical executive position responsible for strategic growth, customer satisfaction, operational oversight and business development activities for Nikkiso Cryo Inc.

Mr. Lamy brings a strategic business approach and multi-discipline experience to an already experienced management team. He has extensive strategic business development and large-scale project sales and business unit execution experience as well as a proven track record of developing cohesive, international teams and exceeding sales expectations. He has had the opportunity to manage a wide range of business functions over his career.

             

Fabien Wahl | Director of Aftermarket

Fabien Wahl graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France and has his Masters in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, USA.

Due to his contributions, The latest generation of Nikkiso In-tank pumps are now designed with spiral inducers and radial diffuser vanes. The progressive spiral inducer, derived from the aerospace industry, reaches ultra-low NPSHR.

Nikkiso nicknamed its inducer line ZEN, which stands for Zero Enabled NPSHR. Low NPSHR means that the unused heel
of a tank is substantially reduced, leading to an overall smaller tank which translates into lesser capital cost.

             

Mark Claire | Director of Quality

Mark provides a goal oriented, hands-on approach to quality assurance with over 21 years' experience as a Quality Director. He is a seasoned professional with proven performance in the manufacturing quality arena for military, aerospace and commercial market segments.

Mark is highly trained in the installation and maintenance of a certified ISO Quality System, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, Process Improvement and Quality Management. He holds accreditations with the American Society for Quality as well as NADCAP Quality Professionals and Business Management studies at Citrus College.
             

Jeff Wanago | CFO

Jeff brings over 25 years of Financial and Operational experience to NCI and has spent the majority of his career helping manufacturing enterprises to grow and thrive.

In addition to his core focus on Finance, he also has operational experience in Supply Chain and Operations.

He obtained both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Montana in Missoula Montana.

             

Terry Collins | Director of Operations

Terry joined Nikkiso on December 17, 2001. Prior to joining Nikkiso he completed 23 years active duty in the United States Air Force retiring as a First Sergeant. Originally hired as the Operations Manager, he progressed through Production Manager and now assigned as Director of Operations. Responsibilities include all shop operations, pump installations and removals along with final assembly to packing.

He is also responsible for Warehouse operations and Logistics. Key member of Production scheduling team reporting to the General Manager. Terry is married with two sons. Education consist of associates degrees in Personnel Management and Fuels Logistics.

             

Tina Rosenberg | Human Resources

As Human Resources Manager, Ms. Rosenberg is responsible for overall department direction and compliance for all things people related.

With a passion for internal talent development and process improvement, Ms. Rosenberg brings a fresh, business development focused approach to human capital management.

Prior to joining Nikkiso Cryo in 2015, Ms. Rosenberg held management positions in the mining industry as well as digital healthcare, temporary staffing, restaurants and manufacturing. She has extensive experience with U.S. labor laws and related compliance as well as international recruiting, and talent development.

             

J.D. Murray | Director of Strategic Projects

After obtaining his Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering, he became a Design Engineer for Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, he working on the replacement for the Space Shuttle: the Orion Crew Module. Eventually, he left for the bright lights of Vegas where he joined NCI and began working as a project manager and later became the Director of Project Management.

During his time in the Project Management department he completed and received his PMP certification and was instrumental in developing and implementing project management processes and a database for controlling and monitoring on-going projects status. His logical process-oriented mindset paved the way for his transition into the role of Director of Materials, and then into his current position of Director of Process Improvement, responsible for our always on-going process improvement initiatives. On his personal time he enjoys being out on the water at Lake Mead or working on his 1968 Camaro SS.
